Bullion is used for trade on a market.   Historical/collectable products are refundable at the purchased price but you may have to provide payment for additional services such as delivery of goods to you. You must pay those sums to us immediately.   We offer products for sale of which can be used as investment items which increase in historical value over time or items of which are dependent on precious metal price fluctuations which can change at any time, generally ‘bullion’ products. The goods in which we supply that are purchased for investment purposes are dependent on these fluctuations in financial markets.
If you do choose to terminate an order for bullion products prior to dispatch/collection you will be charged for any decline in the primary metal price for the goods
from when the order was placed to the time/date terminated.   You may have to provide payment for additional services such as delivery of goods to you. You must pay those sums to us immediately.   We offer a refund from the purchase time/date for a 30 day period.
Each product item purchased has its own individuality. Our specialist team are sufficient in inspecting Coins for toning, field marks, edge knocks, bag marks and other in-depth microscopic identification to that particular item. Some products are devalued by being mishandled and damaged whilst in the hands of other persons such as the purchaser and external bodies within the 30 day period.  Returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon return for any damage and ware which would affect the value of the item. All products sold are photographed and held on record in the event of returns and coin identification and comparison.
Some items are already embodied in a slabbed case and protected and identified with a security seal and identification number from an approved grading service.
We are very much aware and trained for the identification of fraudulent Coins. All coins returned will be tested for precious metal purity and further tests will be performed in the event of the coin being suspected of being a counterfeit. All returned slabbed encased coins will be examined for the possibility of the sealed unit being tampered with.
In the event of a coin/item being returned as a counterfeit replacement, the authorities will be notified and further action will be taken.
